HISTORY: Radio Poplar was formed as a charity back in June 1985 and started as a hospital radio station broadcasting to patients and staff at St Mary's Hospital in Armley.

Show schedule:

Monday
7pm - Music Mix with Brian & Andy. This also features interviews from the stars appearing at Leeds City Varieties.

Tuesday
8pm - Glenn FM featuring reggae, blues, soul & tamala music.

Wednesday
7pm - The best of Radio Poplar repeats of the shows you forgot to listen to.

Thursday
7pm - All Sorts with Bill & Chris mainly 60s music with old recordings done in the 60s by Bill & Chris on their Tandberg tape recorders.

Sunday (programmes start at 9am)
9.30am - The revival show with Rob Allen 60s music you have not heard for ages.
12pm - Poplar country music with Ben Bruce.
2pm-2.30pm - Joyful Sounds Hymns for a Sunday afternoon with Howard Rowe.
