Meet the outreach team at Castleton Children's Centre in New Wortley.

Vicky, Kate and Denise work from the Centre's base on Green Lane in New Wortley.

The team run a series of groups to help and support the local community.

These are:

Stay and Play
Aimed at children aged from 0-5 with their parents or carers where they can play for free. It is held every Monday at 1.15pm until 2.45pm at Castleton Primary School Community Centre.

Cooking on a budget
Fruit and veg are available to buy at cost price. Parents can place orders every Monday between 10am and 12.30pm at Castleton Children's Centre or Armley Moor Annexe.

The team also offers a personalised service working with families in their home that need support with their children.
