The course, run by Leeds council's road safety team, helps children to become safer cyclists by learning how to manoeuvre safely.
The police recover dozens of bicycles each year which are never reclaimed. Instead of auctioning or scrapping them they gave them to the school.
Chief Insp Elizabeth Belton said: "It is great that these bicycles will now be put to good use.
"It is really important that children have the opportunity to learn how to ride a bike and stay safe on the roads, and we are happy to support the work of the road safety team by donating these bikes."
