An Armley charity teamed up with a cancer trust and a local business to wish elderly residents a "wheely" happy Christmas.
Armley Helping Hands used money donated by Dimbleby Cancer Care to buy a new minibus, which was presented at a festive party.
Leeds-based global electronics distributor Farnell threw the party at their Canal Road canteen.
More than 125 elderly people from Armley, Wortley and West Leeds tucked into a traditional Christmas dinner.
Leeds West MP John Battle attended as a special guest with Paul Tallentire, president of Farnell Europe, who handed over the bus keys to driver David Stubbs, on behalf of Dimbleby.
The minibus will help elderly people get around Leeds to visit their friends and go to community events.
And an on-board nebulizer will allowthosewith breathing problems to travel.
The bus was bought with funds raised at the Charming Armley Cake Competition and the sale of its commemorative calendar designed by students from Leeds Metropolitan University.
